Orders & Delivery: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. HD TVs and large electronics are shipped via tracked courier with full insurance coverage. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Returns & Warranty: We stand behind every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no hassle. Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. All HD TVs and stream boxes come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty, and extended warranty options are available at checkout.
