We know that once you've ordered your new HD TV or stream box, you want it in your hands as quickly as possible. That's why we've partnered with trusted courier services to ensure every order is handled with care, dispatched promptly, and delivered safely to your door. We believe in complete transparency around shipping — no hidden fees, no surprises.

📦 Packaging electronics requires special care in transit. Every order is packed using protective foam padding, bubble wrap, and reinforced outer boxing to ensure your HD TV or stream box arrives in perfect condition. Larger TV units are double-boxed and clearly marked as fragile for extra handling care throughout the delivery journey.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery — Delivered within 5–7 business days

  • Express Delivery — Delivered within 2–3 business days

  • Next-Day Delivery — Order before 2 PM for guaranteed next business day delivery (available on selected items)

 

Large items such as HD TVs may require a scheduled delivery slot — our courier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time.

📍 Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also track your order anytime by visiting [tracking page link] or contacting us directly.

🌍 Delivery Areas: We currently ship all over the US. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays

  • Someone must be available to sign for large electronics upon delivery

  • If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues on your behalf.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or circumstances change after a purchase, and that's completely okay. We've designed our returns and exchange policy to be as straightforward and stress-free as possible, because we want you to shop with us knowing that you're always protected. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

📋 General Returns Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on all eligible products. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, cables, remotes, and manuals are included

  • The item has not been installed, wall-mounted, or physically altered

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

🔄 Exchanges: Want a different model, size, or product? We're happy to arrange an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact our team with your order number and the details of the item you'd prefer, and we'll guide you through the process. If there's a price difference between items, we'll either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

❌ Faulty or Damaged Items If your HD TV or stream box arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the fault or damage

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

We will arrange a free collection, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation—whichever you prefer. You will never be charged for return shipping on faulty or damaged goods.

 

💰 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit/Debit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours

  • Offline payment refunds will be issued via bank transfer

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage

  • Products with broken seals on software or firmware components

  • Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement

  • Any item missing its original packaging or accessories
